About the Founder

Sevinj Abbasova

Sevinc Abbasova is a Doctor of Historical Sciences and a lecturer in the Department of Azerbaijani History at Nakhchivan State University. She is a respected expert in gender studies, and she has authored several books and articles on women's movements.

As the founder and leader of the "SEVINC" Public Union, she has initiated and funded numerous projects designed to strengthen the educational, cultural, and scientific sectors in Azerbaijan. Her leadership is marked by a commitment to fostering collaboration between youth and professionals.
